Computer repair in your home

We know that it's frustrating when your computer isn't working, and we also know how much of a pain it is to have to put your computer in the car and drive it to the local repair shop.

Because of this, we offer a complete home call-out service to the same exacting standards as our business computer support services. Whether you have a single computer, or a home network, we can help you out.

How the service works:

• You call us and we arrange a convenient time for an engineer visit
• One of our engineers visits you at home and examines the PC
• If the problem can be fixed on-site, the engineer will carry out the necessary repair work
• If the problem needs to be resolved in our workshop (advanced repair work, or non-standard parts) then the engineer will disconnect the machine and take it to the workshop for repair
• Once completed, the engineer will return and re-fit your machine.

If the repair work needs to be carried out in the workshop, we collect and return the computer to you free of charge.
Our average turn-around time for workshop repairs is 48 hours.
95% of our on-site call outs take between 60 and 90 minutes.

We can arrange engineer visits during office hours, after hours (we have an early evening call-out slot for customers who are at work in the daytime) and on Saturday mornings.
