By pressing 'Finish', you are confirming that you wish to book your hard disk drive in for data recovery. A £40 fee is payable for the initial examination, then you will be contacted with information on which files we can recover and the cost involved.
Most repairs cost between £60 and £160 (including £40 examination fee), depending on severity and data quantities involved. You have the right to waive recovery at this point and we will return your drive to you. The £40 is non-refundable and covers our costs in examining the drive.
You can pay the fee by sending a cheque with the drive, or by credit/debit card using PayPal from the next screen.
