This not only enables us to fix the issue at hand, but also to educate your employee on how to fix the issue if it occurs again - saving you money in the long run. If the issue is more severe and cannot be fixed remotely we can arrange for an engineer to call and repair the problem on-site.

Offered as part of our maintenance contracts, the helpdesk service is also available as a standalone offering. This is the ideal solution if you feel that your business has a lot of issues that can be resolved by a telephone call. You provide your staff with our telephone number, we become your companies IT department, and your staff will see us as part of your team.
This service can be provided on an ad-hoc basis (billed on time), or by a purchase of 'bulk hours' up-front for a discounted rate.
