A 1-Fix support contract is designed to give you this piece of mind, and our contracts are tailor-made to your businesses requirements and budget.
Companies who have a time sensitive resolution requirement (2 hours/4 hours/8 hours) can be provided with a specific monthly support contract which ensures that these requirements are met.
Companies with less stringent requirements, but who need more than the 'ad-hoc' service level, can benefit from our bulk hours packages. These are bundles of time, with a 12 month expiry date, that command a reduction in price from the standard hourly rate. Once the hours are used up in on-site call outs or remote support, more hours can be purchased or the customer can switch to the standard 'ad-hoc' hourly service.
All of our support contracts include a level of helpdesk service, which means that your employees can call on us for help with their basic computing tasks and queries, and we can resolve many issues without an on-site visit.
