We are pleased to announce we are starting to offer a brand new service to our service offerings! We have been testing out the process automation software, Autto, and have been loving it. We'd even go so far as to say its been life-changing- at least for the 9-5 part of our lives anyway :)

Below we go into more detail about what process automation is. Don't worry though, as always there is no geek-speak here!



What is workflow automation?


Before we go on to talk about how process automation can help you, we need to start with what exactly the term means.


To summarise, its when you standardise and automate routine business processes. That's not all though. It also does the following:


  • Gather information, take decisions & calculate results
  • Notify people when action is required
  • Monitor and track process
  • Automatically generate business-critical documents
  • Approve and digitally sign
  • Send & store data across multiple systems
