Many other managed service providers struggle to provide flexibility as they have very tight support plans and packages, but we pride ourselves on being able to provide as much or as little support to your team as required.

If your team are being tied up in 1st line end-user issues when you need them to focus on software development or delivering line-of-business application support then our team can become your outsourced helpdesk. Again, flexibility is key so we can provide 1st line support and escalate back to your team for more technical issues, or we can look after issues in certain areas (such as end-user Windows issues).
We are able to share our internal helpdesk software (we use Connectwise) with your team so they can assign tickets to our technicians, or vice-versa.
For scenarios where outsourced IT isn’t quite hands-on enough, we can provide one or more of our trained engineers on-site at your premises for a commitment as little as 1/2 day per week. You benefit from a team of technicians who will become skilled up with knowledge of your company and infrastructure, meaning you have no issues with holidays and sickness, and a known monthly cost commitment.
We pride ourselves on being able to provide excellent backup and disaster recovery solutions. We work with a number of IT Teams to provide this add-on functionality for them, including procurement, installation and on-going maintenance. We then work with your IT department to assist them when restores are required, or virtualisation testing/DR testing is needed, and also of course in the event of a live disaster incident.
