Craig formed 1-Fix as a garage based start-up in 2001. Sarah joined as employee number 2 in 2003, and in 2008 the limited company was incorporated.
Craig says, “My passion for gadgets, computers & technology drove me to set up a business that allows me to guide company owners/leaders to use technology to develop their businesses.”
Craig is the driving force behind 1-Fix and he looks after our new business sales, company strategy, and vision & values, as well as managing the day to day running of the company.
Sarah is mainly home office based and is head of the 1-fix accounts including dealing with the tax man, which she does with a smile!
Our management team are here to ensure the business and client IT runs smoothly by ensuring our help-desk, technical skills and client management is award winning.
Tom has been a member of our team since September 2012.
Tom looks after the technical side of the company, ensuring both our client’s and our internal IT runs smoothly. Tom manages the products we supply, sets out technical strategy, and works with Lee to ensure our client reviews are outstanding.
Lee started with us in February 2014, her main role is looking after our clients via amazing account management and development. Her days are varied and includes all non technical parts of the business.
Bonnie joined the team in July 2020 to run the support desk as our operations manager, and helps us deliver an amazing service for our clients and she also has the unenviable task of keeping our technicians happy.
Our technicians are the face of the business, and are the people responsible for keeping your IT working.
Ted joined the 1-Fix team at the start November 2013.
Ted’s main role is providing second and third line support to our business support clients. He has a keen interest in cyber security and runs many of our technical projects.
Ben joined the 1-Fix team in April 2015, on an IT support apprenticeship. In December 2017 Ben successfully finished his Level 4 apprenticeship. Ben is working as a support technician in our helpdesk and also undertakes on-site visits for our clients.
When he’s not working on IT projects, he’s working on his car!
Ben Taylor joined the team in August 2016 to help assist with our growing tech support workload. Like our other technicians, Ben is both office based and an on-site technician. He’s our documentation wizard, and is helping to improve IT processes and documentation for ourselves and our clients.
Ben joined the team in September 2018 as an IT Apprentice. He is working towards his City & Guilds Infrastructure Technician (Level 3) qualification and learning on the job with our other technicians. Outside of work Ben has his own home studio where he produces his own music.
Callum joined us in September as our new IT Apprentice. Like Ben Somner he is also working towards his City & Guilds Infrastructure Technician (Level 3) qualification and learning on the job with our other technicians. Callum is an accomplished motorcross rider and active member of the AMCA. He spends most weekends traveling the country attending motorcross events.
