Craig Atkins

Managing Director

Craig is the driving force behind 1-Fix, and will be the person you’ll speak to when it comes to contracts and commercial IT support services. As well as managing the day to day running of the company, Craig still likes to keep his technical eye working and is always looking for new suppliers and services to benefit our clients. Our clients regard Craig as their trusted IT adviser, and he’s happy to sit in on meetings and provide guidance in IT strategy & planning.

Director

When Sarah isn’t at home, following her passion of small animal management she looks after the day to day running of the office. She handles the 1-fix accounts, dealing with the tax man and she does it with a smile! As well as keeping us all organised.

Business Support Manager

Tom has been a member of our team since September 2012.

Tom looks after the day to day management of our business clients. He provides first and second line support remotely and on-site. He also helps Craig with 1-Fix business development.

Business Support Engineer

Ted joined the 1-Fix team at the start November 2013.

Ted’s main role is providing first and second line support to our business support clients. He also oversees our workshop.

Lee Dugdale

Operations Manager

Lee started with us in February 2014, her main role is to make sure 1-fix is running as well as it possibly can and most efficiently. Her role is varied and includes customer care, admin, accounts, marketing, growth planning and generally keeping the boys in check! She is even trying her hand at first line support.

Ben Hooper

1st / 2nd Line Support Technician

Ben joined the 1-Fix team in April 2015 , on an IT support apprenticeship. In December 2017 Ben successfully finished his Level 4 apprenticeship . Ben is working as a support technician in our helpdesk and also undertakes on-site visits for our clients.

1st / 2nd Line Support Technician

Ben Taylor joined the team in August 2016 to help assist with our growing tech support workload. Like our other technicians, Ben is both office based and an on-site technician. He’s our documentation wizard, and is helping to improve IT processes and documentation for ourselves and our clients.

IT Helpdesk Apprentice

Ben joined the team in September as our new IT Apprentice. He is working towards his City & Guilds Infrastructure Technician (Level 3) qualification and learning on the job with our other technicians.  Outside of work Ben has his own home studio where he produces his own music.
