Our journey began in 2002, when Craig turned his passion for gadgets and technology into a business that helps company owners use IT to grow. Sarah joined as employee number two in 2003, and by 2008 we’d become a limited company.

Fast forward to today, and 1-Fix is an award-winning IT support provider working with clients across the UK in a wide range of sectors. We’ve grown a lot, but our values haven’t changed. We put people first, deliver great value solutions, and go the extra mile to keep our clients’ systems safe and running smoothly.

Meet the team

Craig Atkins

Managing Director

Craig is the driving force behind 1-Fix, steering our strategy and values while keeping a close eye on the day to day. A former racing driver, he now helps run a Caterham racing club, so he's rarely far from an engine or a deadline.

Sarah Atkins

Director

Sarah heads up the 1-Fix accounts from her home office, handling everything from invoices to tax returns with a smile. When she's not deep in the numbers she's usually making something crafty or out walking her dog, Koda.

Lee Dugdale-Shutts

Director

Lee is the mastermind behind keeping everything running like clockwork, from processes to planning. If there's a plan, Lee is already two steps ahead of it. Downtime means long dog walks and a trip to the cinema.

Dan Coady

Head of Sales

Dan helps businesses find the right technology for where they're heading, and he prides himself on relationships that last well beyond the first conversation. Outside of work he's a devoted dad of two and a huge fan of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.

Jess Dugdale

Head of Marketing

Jess is behind everything you read, watch and receive from 1-Fix, crafting clever campaigns that connect with people and drive real results. Outside the office she's usually baking something, with Elvis playing in the background.

Dimeji Ojuri

Service Delivery Manager

Dimeji makes sure the service you receive is consistently excellent, and he's an expert in all things Microsoft. He's also a seriously good DJ, often playing in various clubs across the country.

Callum Hurst

Client Account Manager

Callum is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and the person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. Weekends see him racing motocross, travelling up and down the country chasing championship points.

Grant Taylor-Davis

Remote & On-Site Technician

Grant is the tech wizard who genuinely enjoys getting to the bottom of a tricky problem, and the more stubborn the fault the more determined he gets. He solves Rubik's cubes for fun and disappears into VR gaming when he wants a break from reality.

Tom Berry

Remote & On-Site Technician

Tom brings a calm, can-do attitude to every job, whether he's at his desk or at yours. You'll usually find him in the gym, or on a ski slope spending time with his family.

Krishan Mohanadas

Remote Technician

Krishan is our go-to for quick fixes and clever solutions, always with a smile no matter how busy the queue gets. He's a keen motorbike rider and much prefers the roads after dark.

Ash Dickens

Offsite Technician

Ash is based on-site with one of our clients, keeping everything running smoothly day to day and acting as our dependable presence on the ground. An avid reader, they're never far from a bookshop or a growing to-be-read pile.

Jack Knight

Remote & On-Site Technician

Jack is the problem-solver who's always ready to roll up his sleeves and get stuck in, and he's not the type to leave a job half finished. That same hands-on streak shows up in the push bikes he fixes up at home, when he isn't off travelling round Asia.

Alex Debertrand

Remote & On-Site Technician

Alex pairs a genuine love of technology with a habit of getting the team moving, and he's on a mission to get us all playing Padel. When he isn't fixing kit for clients he's out doing up his MX5.

Jack Brown

Remote & On-Site Technician

Jack is always ready to help clients overcome their IT headaches, whether he's working remotely or on-site. He's a keen cook whose homemade lunches leave the rest of us jealous, and his kitchen playlist swings from heavy metal to Frank Sinatra.

Leon Horsley

Remote & On-Site Technician

Leon is a patient, unflappable troubleshooter who takes the time to explain things properly rather than just fixing and running. Outside of work he's in the gym, working through his film and TV watchlist, or planning his next trip abroad.
