Since COVID-19 began in 2020, we’ve seen a large increase in phishing attacks on businesses. Falling for one of these attacks can be catastrophic to any business, yet it is so easy to do.

One of the most effective ways to prevent falling for the attacks is to be prepared through Cybersecurity Awareness Training. 1-Fix Limited have partnered with KnowBe4, the world’s leading security awareness training platform. The training can be used by employees throughout the company to help create a “human firewall” which can protect against malicious emails.

There is scheduled interactive training every 3-4 weeks that all employees must complete as well as weekly phishing tests. There is also training on various security topics that are relevant to your company. Our end goal is to increase security awareness and decrease the chance of a successful phishing attack.

Hear what one of our clients, Whitman Building Services Ltd, has to say about how KnowBe4 training has helped them:

“When you’re getting on with your day job, it’s easy to forget about what can go wrong. The Security Awareness Training has really helped us all to understand what to look out for. A couple of times I’ve had dodgy emails forwarded to me, and now I just send them on to a dedicated phishing email address at 1-Fix. They will let us know if it’s genuine or not, and it takes away the worry.”

We offer KnowBe4 Training as standard for our IT Control and Complete clients, as well as being available as an add-on for our IT Essential clients. If you’d like to find out more, please get in touch using the following link: https://www.1-fix.com/contact#contact-form
