We’ve taken a look back at everything we’ve accomplished this year. Although it isn’t quite over yet, the numbers for 2022* are incredible! Check them out for yourself…
Total number of tickets closed: 15,035
(1/1/22-25/11/22)
We still have a month of tickets to go, but this is an average of over 1,300 per month!
Within those tickets were:
7 Sharepoint migrations
3 Email migrations
With a grand total of 6,020 hours spent working on the tickets!
Our team wrote 14,942 emails to clients through the tickets.
The technicians were out and about this year, completing 194 on-site visits to our clients.
The tickets were raised in various ways, including:
Tickets logged by e-mail: 6,260
Tickets logged by phone: 3,534
Tickets logged by portal: 1,294
We now have a grand total of 193 clients!
This is a record year for us and would like to thank each of our clients for their support.
Whilst all of these stats are a massive achievement, the most important and meaningful statistic from this year is our feedback ratings.
Overall, we achieved a 98.9% positive rating from our tickets. This is much higher than the average and we are so, so proud.
