1-Fix East is our branch covering Norfolk, from Norwich across to King’s Lynn and the towns in between. It is a region with a broad business base, from the research and professional services cluster around Norwich to manufacturing, food production and logistics in the west of the county. Add a large number of long established owner managed firms who watch every penny for good reason, and you have an area where IT support needs to earn its keep.
That suits us. We have never been the sort of provider who turns up with a proposal to replace everything. Most of the time there is a great deal of value sitting in the kit and the licences a business already owns, and the sensible first move is to get that working properly before anyone talks about spending money.
